Kevin Power, PE

President | Principal in Charge | Sr. Mechanical Engineer

Mr. Power’s hands-on construction experience coupled with his 35 years of design, research, field and investigative engineering experience sets the technical foundation for his ability to investigate built environment and facility system problems. Mr. Power is an expert regarding construction deficiencies and design errors and omissions. Mr. Power has provided expert witness statements, reviewed depositions, and testified through deposition, arbitration and mediation for both defendants and plaintiffs.

Patrick Straatmann, PE

General Manager | Associate Principal | Sr. Electrical Engineer

Mr. Straatmann has experience providing project management, electrical engineering and design services for electrical, lighting and technology systems of existing and new facilities for school, railroad, utility, industrial, and commercial customers. Projects typically include: 15kV distribution and down, 4160V and down stand-by generators, 15kV and down power factor correction, indoor and outdoor lighting systems. Mr. Straatmann is licensed to practice engineering in 12 states. 

Chad Liechti, PE

Client Account Manager | Associate Principal | Sr. Architectural Engineer

Mr. Liechti is responsible for architectural engineering as it relates to mechanical system design. Mr. Liechti has 16 years experience designing mechanical (HVAC and Plumbing) systems with designs ranging from renovations to complete systems for new commercial buildings, industrial buildings, schools, and community centers. Mr. Liechti has designed a wide range of systems including complex energy efficient systems such as geo-exchange and variable refrigerant flow (VRF).

Dan Strain, PE

Manager of A/E Services | Associate Principal | Architectural Engineer

Mr. Strain has experience providing project management for multi-discipline renovation projects for federal, municipal, and private clients. Projects have ranged from small tenant improvements to complete HVAC renovations to interior office remodels. Mr. Strain also has experience in mechanical engineering and design services for HVAC and plumbing of existing and new facilities including education ,commercial buildings, railroad, and industrial buildings.
